I said I wasn’t going to do it this year.
I told myself, Kristen, your plate overflows. Don’t talk crazy.
But then again, I don’t always listen to myself.
Plus, I’m just a girl who can’t say no to joining a Christmas linky, especially one hosted by the woman whom I would vote for president. And when it comes right down to it, picking a Christmas tree and hanging my grandma’s cranberry garland and tucking greenery aren’t drudgery or work for me . They’re relaxing and comforting – like coming home.
So here I am, inviting y’all to come over and visit my Christmasy house! You’re welcome to stay as long as you like.

For the first time in our nearly 19 years of marriage, we will have family visiting at Christmastime {!!!}. So we’ve decorated a little more than usual this year, like adding this giant wreath big enough to lasso cattle.
I’ve crowned our tree the Leaning Tower of Tree-sa. But since it looks straight from the front, I think we’ll just deal.
